Items ship from Elgin, Texas.
Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Please double check to be sure your Etsy shipping address and your Paypal shipping address match. If they do not match we cannot ship until you let us know which address is correct.
Unconfirmed Paypal addresses may have to sign for their package upon delivery.
We ship via USPS priority mail in most cases. We ship internationally via international first class or priority if requested. **Shipping insurance is included on all shipments via Shipsurance.**
Express shipping (1-2 days delivery time) is available for an extra fee (starting at $25.00 for US orders).
Because shipping rates greatly vary by weight we will refund you the difference if your order is lighter than estimated and the difference is greater than a dollar.
International customers are responsible for all customs/tax fees charged by their countries. Please note that we cannot lie on customs forms as it is against the law.

How long will it take to receive my items?
Orders ship within 2-3 business days of payment, with the exception of international first class orders which ship out once a week. US priority generally arrives within 2-4 days from date of shipment. International first class generally arrives within 6-14 days of shipment, but can take longer if held up in customs. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will generally ship the following Monday except in the case of holidays.
Guaranteed 2 day delivery is available (US only) via express mail. Rates start at $25. International express mail (3-5 day estimated delivery time) is available with rates starting at $32.
We do not currently offer overnight shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal payments as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover payments made through Paypal (you do not have to have a Paypal account to pay via credit card through them). We also accept money orders (US customers only). Money order payment must be received within 10 days or items will be relisted. We do not currently accept personal checks.
Will you hold an item for me?
If you'd like us to put an item on hold for you for up to 1 week just send us an email or Etsy convo with the item number and description. If I do not hear from you after one week the item will be relisted.
Do you accept returns?
Swimsuits and sale items cannot be returned. Returns on all other items are accepted for store credit only. Please email us to let us know what you are returning. Returns must be received within 7 days of the day it was delivered to you (10 days for international orders) in the same condition as when we sent the item. Shipping and return shipping is nonrefundable. Items must be sent insured and have delivery confirmation as we cannot be held liable for items we do not receive.
Returns received 7-14 days (10-20 days international) after the original delivery of your order will incur a 10% restocking fee. Returns received after 14 (20 international) days will be refused.
Before ordering be sure to check measurements closely. I work hard to provide exact measurement of each item. We recommend comparing the measurements given to a similar item that fits you well.
Please be aware that colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitors.
Be sure to read the condition of each item as all of our items are vintage and may show some signs of wear. We will note any noticeable issues under the condition report of each item.
The item I want is sold, do you have another in stock?
Sorry, but as most of our items are vintage or pre-loved we only have one of each and once they are gone they are gone for good.
How do you grade your items?
Excellent- previously worn, may have minor flaws that do not detract from wear.
Very Good- minor flaws that are easily repairable, wearable as purchased.
Good- minor flaws, wearable after repair or with care.
Fair- numerous flaws, possibly wearable after repair, good for study or cutter.
*We do our best to note any noticeable flaws in listing.
How can I tell if an item will fit me?
We measure all our garments laying flat and then double the measurement. We suggest finding a garment that fits you well and then comparing the measurements. When looking at measurements be sure to figure in enough room for ease of movement (i.e. if you are a 38" bust a garment that is 38" across the bust would be too tight, unless the fabric has stretch and is meant to be worn tight).
We will assign a general size estimate (S-M-L) to items, but please keep in mind this is only an estimate and be sure to read the actual measurements carefully for a good fit.
Shoes are measured from the interior toe to heel for length and across the widest part for width. Boots are measured at the exterior for length and width.
Will I be able to wear my new item as soon as it arrives?
We clean all items that can be hand washed. However if you are sensitive to some cleaning products we do suggest that you clean all items before wearing just as you would with any new garment.
We do not clean dry clean only items as we do not have access to an eco-friendly cleaner so you may wish to take items such as velvets, coats , party dresses and some heavily embellished items to the cleaner of your choice before wearing.
For those with pet allergies PLEASE NOTE that we have three super fabulous dogs and although we do not let them near our inventory and we give everything a look over before it goes out, a stray hair may make it into the package from time to time.
What's the best way to clean vintage clothing?
We recommend hand washing and dry cleaning (we recommend environmentally friendly dry cleaners only).
